About the techniques that are used

RTT® Rapid Transformational Therapy helps the client understand where the issue they are having originated from by finding the root cause of the issue. It does this through hypnosis, NLP and other communication tools.

I’m a strong believer that you can only change what you understand.

The secret to completely healing your body and mind is to uncover the reason for the wrong beliefs that you have acquired in the past. I will help you uncover and change those beliefs so they will never affect you again.

How Does It Work?

Free No-Obligation 20-Minute Discovery Call

To establish if we are the right fit for each other, I offer a free 20-minute video conversation over Zoom. I will use this time to find out more about you and ask questions to see if I can help you. If it isn't a good fit, I will let you know and point you in the right direction. Once we have established that we will work together, I will send you a Client Intake Form and my Terms & Conditions, which you will need to sign and return with your payment before scheduling a session with me.



Hypno Session

The session will be done over the internet and will last approximately 2 hours. Should we need a little extra time, I always ask clients to block out three hours.

During the initial 20-25 minute consultation, we will review the information you have given me and clarify exactly what you want to do and how you want to be.

This will be followed by a RTT® Rapid Transformation hypnotherapy session, which includes hypnosis, a regression to find the root cause of the issue and a way to change your old beliefs into better ones.

Voice Recording

After our session, I will give you a personalized voice recording that you listen to daily for a minimum of 21-days following your RTT® hypnotherapy session. I will send this recording to you via email or WhatsApp, so that you can download the recording onto your mobile phone or computer for daily listening.

The success of your investment depends on the fact that you listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days after your RTT® hypnotherapy session. Repeated listening to your recording will allow the new, positive, and supporting beliefs to be firmly installed. Doing so will break those old unwanted habits and create new neurological pathways, rewiring the brain.

Post Session Follow-Up

The success of your investment depends on the fact that you listen to your recording daily for a minimum of 21 days following your RTT® hypnotherapy session. I will check in with you after your session to support you. After 21-days of listening to the recording, we can decide how to go on from here.

What are all these things?

Let’s start with hypnosis. We have already established, that hypnosis is a natural state of mind, you can also call it trance, meditation or deep relaxation, in which you are highly suggestible to new and positive beliefs and suggestions that can help you getting better and overcome problems.

Compared to traditional psychotherapie hypnosis works very fast and normally last. It is not about talking about something for ages but doing something to change it. Clients are often getting over their problems within 1-3 sessions, if they are motivated enough. Because it is not the hypnotist who is doing something to them but them changing something for themselves.

RTT® or Rapid Transformational Therapy®

RTT is a newer kind of therapy that got invented by famous hypnotherapist Marisa Peer. It has so far won many awards like the Gold Stevie® for Using Neuroplasticity to Revolutionize Health (2019) and the Gold Stevie® Award  for New Product & Service – Rapid Transformational Therapy (2018).

The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.

Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood.

NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP could be called the study of the language of your mind. It is the study of how people organise their thinking, feeling and behaviours. If you speak the language of your mind you can communicate so much better and faster with it without so many translation errors and misunderstandings.

NLP was invented by Richard Bandler and John Grinder by analysing and enhancing speech patterns from very successful therapists like Milton Erikson, Virginia Satir and others. It is often used for therapeutic uses but also for selling or giving political speeches etc.

Havening® - a Psychosensory Approach

To get fast and long-lasting results a few things are mandatory. One is high motivation. Without the motivation to change, to show up and play full out, you are waisting your and my time. 

During hypnosis new suggestions and new positive beliefs are installed into your subconscious mind and I will produce a personalized audio recording for you. Do you have to listen to it every day for 21 days? Not if you want to stay the same. The session works without the audio but it makes the session last and changes even faster as this audio creates new neurological pathways in your brain and gives your mind better and healthier options.

Do you need to believe in all this stuff? No, you don’t. It works anyway.

What is hypnosis and RTT and what has NLP to do with it?

A new, easy and powerful way to change your mind

This in terms of psychotherapy brand new psychosensory tool was invented by Dr. Ronald Ruden. Originally called amygdala repotentiations therapy Havening, coming from the phrase a safe haven, uses (self-)touch, eye movements and other sensory input to change the layout of your brain and so changes the emotions towards a specific stressful or traumatic event. It was used in a study with victims of PTSD and was highly successful. During Covid this technique was made available for free to Health Care workers.

One famous practitioner of Havening® is Dr. Paul McKenna. 

Here in this context only event havening is used.
